At RÉVOIR, we hold every piece to a singular standard. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a refined return process to ensure your experience remains effortless.

A THE GUIDELINES

Timeline: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the recorded delivery date.
Condition: Frames must be returned in their original, pristine condition. This includes all secondary packaging, cases, and microfiber cloths.
Exclusions: Items marked as Final Sale or frames that have been customized or fitted with third-party lenses are not eligible for return.

THE JOURNEY BACK

Once your return is initiated, you will receive a shipping label and instructions. Upon arrival at our studio, each piece undergoes a quality inspection. Approved returns will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, with funds returning to your original payment method.

BEYOND THE RETURN

Because we produce in limited, intentional batches, we cannot always guarantee an exchange. If you seek a different silhouette, we recommend returning your original order and securing your new preference immediately.
